ITALIAN POLISHED PLASTERS have a rich and colorful history, gracing some of the most famous buildings and residences since the mid 1500s. Venice Italy is credited with elevating polished plaster to almost an art form with the addition of marble powders to the natural lime based stucco; hence the name Venetian Plaster. Traditionally non-toxic, non-flammable, fade resistant, mold/mildew resistant, and transpirable, Triarch's materials embody all these positive attributes, while adding improved application speed with almost zero VOC's. All our Italian Plasters are made from natural lime plaster kilned in Italy that provides a color intensity and depth not found in the acrylic imitation products. We offer a variety of Italian Polished Plasters, allowing us to achieve multiple finish options. Brand Names include: Spatula Stuhhi Classico, a 3 coat traditional high polish finish; OPACO, a 2 coat matte Marmorino type finish; and Spirito Libero, a one coat rustic finish that achieves old world charm at a modest price point. Each product offers a family of surface effects. Existing options include such effects as gold & silver patinas, waxing options, antiqued, and textural variations. TRIARCH stocks over 135 standard colors in each product line. Standard color ways include color studies from New York, London, Portofino, Morocco and classic Mediterranean themes. Custom coloration to fit your palette is also available. Installed price point will vary greatly, depending upon selected system, job conditions and local labor rates, but a typical installed range is from $3.00 - $10.00/square foot.

Acrylic Glaze is a 100% acrylic emulsion binder that dries to a clear appearance and helps prevent liquid water that is not under pressure from being absorbed into the substrate. It has excellent resistance to water whitening after fully dried, reduces dirt pickup, and improves washability while revitalizing the color of weathered finishes. Provides a partial seal for new installations of Duroplex and Plexture to provide increased resistance to dirt pickup. Improves “washability” by reducing porosity and providing a clear surface barrier for dirt.
A liquid additive that will slow down the curing of Duroplex and Plexture; consequently it provides an extended working time to create the final texture. This material is added in the field by the installer and may be adjusted to meet specific project needs.

GARDZ Problem Surface Sealer is a unique water-base sealer for porous and potential problem surfaces. It is formulated to deeply penetrate and dry to a hard, moisture resistant film that seals and binds down porous, chalky and crumbling surfaces, paints and texture finishes. A typical application for GARDZ is on wallboard after the removal of wallcovering. GARDZ fights wall board paper delamination and potential bubbling. GARDZ has been reviewed and approved by TRIARCH as a substrate preparation material and maintains all applicable Triarch product warranties.
GARDZ is recommended for: damaged drywall, new drywall, spackling and joint compound skim coats, plaster, calcimine, uncoated wallpaper, wallcovering adhesive residue, texture paint, popcorn ceilings and builder's flat paint. GARDZ takes the "problem" out of problem surfaces. It penetrates even multiple layers of drywall facing paper and even chalky, builder's flat paint and dries to a rock-hard, water-resistant finish that protects surfaces from damage during the next redecorating project.
WATERBASED URETHANE: Available in either a semi-gloss or matte finish. The resulting finish improves washability and stain resistance. Use over Duroplex® where a sealed surface is needed, such as in food service or medical areas.
High-performance, fiber-reinforced, dry mix, polymer-modified cement coat used for leveling and smoothing of masonry or solid cementitious substrates on either interior or exterior walls. Specifically formulated for use with Triarch finish systems.
HIGH PERFORMANCE, JOINT AND SURFACING COMPOUNDS: For use over block brick paneling and ceramic tile. SKIMM™ available for use on exterior or interior applications. Use SKIMM™ over deep depressions for faster results. Use Durofloat™ for interior smoother type surfaces. Both products do not react with water after set. Top coat with Duroplex®, Plexture®, Fresco®, or other products of your choice.
