Triarch will continue to operate its own sales and marketing team under my leadership. The primary sales office will continue to be in Houston with many of the people you already know, such as Ryan in inside sales, Lorena Fischer in customer service and Don Treybig in Field Ops. Our material pricing is the same in 2003 as it was in 2002. Our phone, fax number, and email addresses will remain the same.

Manufacturing and shipping of Triarch products will be through Dryvit ISO9000 certified plants. In the short run customer service levels in terms of order turn time and sample time will be the same, but over the next number of months they will improve nicely as the efficiency of the new production facilities are realized. The problems experienced over the last couple of months in terms of longer lead-time on orders and samples will disappear.

I am very excited about our future as Dryvit provides us the best manufacturing technology, quality control, and production capacity to seriously ramp up the entire company to be a multiple of where we are today. It also allows us to refocus on the growth of Triarch by working together to regain our sales momentum.
